Rather than allowing this remarkable timber to disappear, it was carefully preserved and transformed into a lasting work of craftsmanship. The natural grain, growth patterns, and warm coloration remain visible, ensuring the story of the tree continues within this finished piece.

I am Gerold, a woodturner from Upper Austria. In my small workshop near Linz, I create each piece by hand from carefully selected regional woods. From the raw timber to the final finish, every step is completed by me personally.
